Lafayette participated in the 10th Annual Information Management Network (IMN)’s Single Family Rental (West) Forum

Scottsdale – December 5th, 2022 –

Josh Nathan, CFA, our Principal, and Liya Mo, our VP of Originations and Acquisitions, participated in the 10th Annual Information Management Network (IMN)’s Single Family Rental (West) Forum on December 5 – 7th in Scottsdale, AZ., an event that brings together most of the key players in the industry.

Josh and Liya shared on their respective panels that Lafayette RE LLC remains active in both SFR scattered and BFR strategies.
On the SFR side, our team is looking at diversifying further our sourcing channels for deeper discounts (builders, iBuyers, and other investors).
On the BFR side, in addition to acquiring finished homes from builders, the team is doing more development deals as land prices are coming down and construction costs are decreasing.

We are also happy to report that Liya Mo received the IMN Rising Stars Award, which recognizes outstanding young professionals in the SFR/BTR space. It is a testament to her dedication and hard work, as well as the commitment of our team to excellence. Congratulations Liya!
